How to Remove Coffee Stains

Coffee stains can leave dark marks on fabrics if not treated quickly. Fast cleaning helps prevent the stain from setting permanently.

Step 1

Blot the Excess Coffee Remove excess liquid using a clean tissue or cloth. Do not rub the stain to avoid spreading it.

Step 2

Rinse with Cold Water Place the stained area under cold running water. This helps loosen the coffee residue from the fabric.

Step 3

Apply Detergent Add a small amount of detergent directly onto the stain. Gently rub the fabric together for better penetration.

Step 4

Wash Normally
Wash according to fabric instructions. Check the stain before drying.
